How do I set-up and set-down the space?

Simple, Sarah is your gal!

Upon arrival everything from furniture, equipment, food and coffee will be set up depending on which package/s you have chosen for your event. You will need to confirm numbers for attendees and secure all payments for food and beverage with Sarah, a minimum of one week out from your event date. This is essential.

Each Package includes an extra 30 minutes before and after your event to set-up and set-down or customise the space to suit. On arrival our Happiness Hub Co-ordinator, Sarah will be there to greet you or the lovely Amelia from BFLC next door (this will be organised with you prior to the event day).

We kindly ask that you take all your beautiful decorations with you and leave the room in the same state when you arrived 🙂
